日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、经营分析支持：对接日常周会、月会等常规数据需求，深入理解并满足不同stakeholder、不同业务汇报场景下对数据的差异化诉求，为业务决策提供及时、可靠的数据支撑； 2、业务专项分析：围绕具体业务议题开展专题分析，帮助业务厘清关键变化的来源，深入挖掘业务痛点与增长机会，同时灵活承接各类临时性分析需求； 3、数据资产运维：结合业务需要新建专项数据看板，并持续维护与迭代现有数据资产，包括但不限于数据看板、指标口径文档等，保障数据资产的准确性与可用性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，物流管理、供应链、数据科学、信息管理、数学、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、数据基本功：具备良好的数据分析敏感度，熟练掌握SQL，能够独立完成基础的数据提取与清洗工作（有Python/R数据分析经验者加分）； 3、物流基础认知：对跨境电商、3PL/4PL、首公里与末端配送模式具备基础概念；有电商物流、物流商运营或风控相关实习经验者优先； 4、语言与协作：中英文流利，具备良好的跨文化沟通能力，能够适应国际化团队的协作节奏； 5、软实力：认真踏实、细致严谨，拥有快速学习能力与良好的自驱力，对业务保持好奇心，面对复杂问题具备钻研精神； 6、实习时间：每周可实习4天及以上（周初必须在岗），且能够持续实习6个月以上（可实习6个月及以上的长期实习者优先）。
