日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持TikTok Shop营销和活动产品的运营项目推进，协助完成GTM材料准备、信息同步及日常项目跟进； 2、支持商家侧运营沟通，包括FAQ、商家大学文章、培训材料、对外沟通GTM One-Pager、通知发送、触达跟进及基础数据Tracking等； 3、协助营销和平台活动产品相关运营机制建设，包含SOP、知识库、培训和案例库沉淀等； 4、协助对接中台、行业、产品等协作团队，承接和整理常见问题答疑、需求反馈及进展同步，推动跨团队合作，提升内部协作与外部支持效率； 5、协助收集和分析商家使用反馈，参与商家访谈，整理关键问题和共性痛点，并协同产品和研发推进优化； 6、协助整理项目推进过程中的产品渗透、瓶颈、重点问题和优化建议，支持周报、复盘及专题总结输出。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、MBA等专业优先； 2、有电商、互联网产品运营、商业运营或项目运营相关实习经历优先，英文6级或以上，适应跨时区协同，对跨境电商、平台产品运营和商家经营场景有兴趣，愿意深入理解业务和产品； 3、具备较强的沟通协调能力和执行推进能力，能够在多团队协作中推动事情落地； 4、做事细致认真，有责任心，具备较好的信息整理、结构化思考和问题分析能力； 5、有较好的文档撰写、数据整理和分析能力，熟练使用Excel、AI、PPT、飞书等办公工具。
