日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与商家日常运营支持，做好各类问题记录和管理，包括商家问题清单、FAQ、产品优化清单等； 2、负责培训商家系统操作并支持商家日常操作，协助商家完成系统登录、货品创建、入库单据创建； 3、跟进商家开通服务和入驻使用系统的进度，负责商家入仓进度的追踪和问题解决； 4、对日常业务运行中的各类问题进行诊断、分析，并在国际化的环境中推动解决； 5、参与团队内外部协同事项，完成各类协作任务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，物流管理、工商管理、商业分析等商科类专业优先； 2、英语作为工作沟通语言，可以无障碍的中英文书面、口头表达，具备国际化留学背景者优先； 3、性格外向，有较强的语言沟通、表达能力，在校期间有学生组织、社团活动等相关经历优先； 4、熟练使用办公软件，包括Excel、PPT、Word； 5、对数据敏感，有一定的数据分析能力，有良好的逻辑思维能力； 6、实习6个月及以上，每周出勤5个工作日优先。
