日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助跟进国际化电商跨境业务的大促，参与平台活动营销策划，包含但不限于达人营销玩法/场域资源/C端活动认知策划/行业对标等策略输出，协调内外部资源推动活动落地； 2、参与业务规划制定，通过数据分析和调研，持续洞察活动运营表现，为业务决策提供支持； 3、参与活动营销玩法设计，协助进行项目管理，推进内外部合作及统筹落地； 4、支持活动专项重点模块跨团队沟通，涉及行业运营/达人/UG/产品团队等多团队协作，协助进行项目管理，推进落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、实习时间4个月以上，每周可实习4天以上，有相关电商经验优先，有国际化背景经历和电商活动经验为佳； 3、擅长沟通，熟练的英语听说读写能力，可作为日常工作语言，懂日语加分； 4、对数据敏感，有较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel公式，会使用设计类软件加分； 5、具有较强的内外部沟通应变能力和项目管理能力，自驱力强，有责任心。
