1、负责英国&欧洲国家线重点机构运营，包括新机构引入、孵化、成长体系搭建，对重点机构精细化运营； 2、结合平台与业务发展阶段，制定机构运营策略与年度/季度目标拆解，在清晰的机构分层策略基础上，设计机构激励机制及增长路径，提升资源使用效率； 3、分析，输出策略方案并推动跨部门专项落地，实现机构投稿、GMV增长； 4、深度联动行业，结合英国&欧洲季节、消费趋势，跟进机构选品策略，帮助机构连接优质类目与商品供给； 5、主动关注并探索AI等新工具在机构运营中的应用场景，如机构分层与选品策略优化、达人与商家匹配提效、内容/复盘自动化等，推动试点应用并沉淀经验。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上电商行业或机构/服务商/MCN/达人管理相关运营经验，有跨境电商、国际化电商经验者优先； 2、熟悉机构或KOL/MCN业务模式，对内容电商和机构生态有深入理解，了解机构成本与收入结构，可结合行业趋势为机构生意提供策略建议； 3、具备出色的沟通协同与项目管理能力，有跨部门协同经验，能够高效管理多方利益相关者，整合内外部资源，以业务目标和用户价值为导向推进项目落地； 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力和统计基础，熟练使用Excel等分析工具，能够体系化输出业务策略并独立完成策略分析与复盘汇报； 5、对新事物保持好奇心与探索欲，乐于尝试AI等新工具提升个人与团队效率，有将AI应用于运营分析、内容生产或流程自动化经验者优先； 6、具备良好的英文口头和书面表达能力加分，掌握其他欧洲语言者加分，具备较强的责任心与主人翁意识，人品正直，接受一定频次的出差支持业务。
