日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责TikTok Shop东南亚新商家增长工作，通过线上营销获取商家线索，为拉新数和商家质量负责； 2、参与广告投放、新媒体营销、达人营销等工作，负责创意素材内容产出、官方账号运营等； 3、与横向部门进行协作，协调包括与各国运营、跨境、营销团队，保证合作项目落地，并定期优化相关协作流程； 4、协助复盘和分析增长策略与营销动作带来的业务收益，根据数据结果不断优化迭代、探索爆款内容及优秀创意。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对跨境电商和To B营销有热情和好奇心，有To B营销、新媒体营销、广告投放、达人营销经验者加分； 3、良好的沟通和逻辑思维能力，数据敏感，擅长理解和从数据中获取见解；有良好的自驱力和团队合作精神； 4、全职实习生，每周5天，能实习6个月以上优先； 5、学习能力强，有主人翁意识，尽快入职。
