日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助商城频道运营，覆盖秒杀频道与品牌频道；参与日常频道运营筹备工作，协助制定运营规则，推动并高质量执行频道策略落地； 2、全面理解频道核心价值，高效协同行业团队推进商家招选工作，助力提升商家参与度与商品丰富度； 3、参与商品及频道数据分析工作，协助持续优化商品结构、商品丰富度与核心竞争力；同时实时监控跟踪频道数据动态，及时反馈频道运营情况或现存痛点，联动团队共同探索优化方向与解决方案； 4、持续关注印尼消费市场趋势，敏锐捕捉行业动态、热销商品及消费者需求，高效反馈C端用户需求及可探索的业务方向；深度关注电商市场情况，熟悉电商平台特卖/闪购频道玩法，跟进不同国家市场的玩法动态，输出产品分析结论。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、流利的英文沟通表达和书写能力，英文能作为工作语言，实习时间6个月以上，每周至少4天，可尽快入职者优先，有营销/电商运营/活动运营相关工作经验者优先； 3、具备数据分析及挖掘能力，对电商数据有一定敏感度；熟练掌握Excel等办公软件，具备扎实的数据分析基本功；了解SQL、Python等数据分析工具者更佳； 4、具备较强的沟通协作能力，能独立推进项目进展；具有项目管理经验，有活动项目落地经验更优。
