1、依托百亿级视频资源和多元的内容电商场景，参与General Multimodal Embedding、Multimodal Large Language Model、Large Scale Multimodal Retrieval、Multimodal Reasoning等技术领域的深耕细作； 2、负责运用计算机视觉、自然语言处理、多模态大模型等前沿技术对全站视频内容与商品内容进行全面深入的理解与分析； 3、负责运用相关技术，为内容电商的搜索、推荐场景提供丰富的内容场语义信号，为全球商家、创作者提供优质的智能内容创作和趋势跟踪服务； 4、参与数据到业务落地全流程，包括但不限于数据处理、数据分析、特征工程、算法模型设计、评估、迭代，并持续探索最前沿技术。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、数学相关专业优先； 2、在多模态、视觉算法、自然语言处理、AIGC、LLM、搜索、机器学习、深度学习、智能问答、对话管理、知识图谱、文本生成、人机对话等领域有实际的开发和从业经验者优先； 3、有好奇心，喜欢新事物，善于合作； 4、至少熟悉一门计算机编程语言，包括并不限于C/C++/Java/Go/Python； 5、有论文的优先，包括但不限于ACL、EMNLP、COLING、WWW、AAAI等； 6、实践动手能力强，ACMICPC，NOI/IOI，Top Coder，Kaggle比赛获奖者优先。
