日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与平台活动营销策划和落地推进，协助项目PM进行项目进度统筹管理、场域和平台资源上线落地、市场追踪等，推动平台大促活动落地； 2、参与业务规划和目标追踪，通过数据分析和商家达人调研，持续洞察活动表现，为业务决策提供支持； 3、参与活动营销中的玩法设计，行业及商家沟通，以及其他大促板块的运营工作支持； 4、支持业务线重点项目跨团队沟通，与行业运营、策略等多团队协作推进落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、做事细心，具备一定的数据处理和分析能力； 3、拥有平台活动运营经历、英文好为加分项； 4、每周可全职工作5天。
