1、基于实时数据设计营销活动的货盘、内容等营销策略，并能够将策略转化为系统监控维度，高效做好活动期间的数据进度公开信息； 2、与客户经理协作，动员并帮助商家参与平台营销活动，提高商家参与率； 3、使用平台运营工具，完成营销活动基础配置，过程中及时跟进处理内外部反馈； 4、复盘营销活动表现，通过数据洞察各类策略的效果和适用场景，与产品、数据科学等团队合作，完善营销活动的产品与数据基建。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有一线金融/咨询公司实习经历，可长期实习，每周可保证4天； 3、结果导向，责任心强，能够完整负责端到端解决具体问题； 4、同理心强，擅长跨文化/跨行业背景沟通，英语可作为日常工作语言，具备良好的沟通能力，心态开放，喜欢团队合作； 5、有探究精神和好奇心，思考有逻辑性，能全面考虑问题，工作成果经得起推敲，学习能力强，对复杂工作不抵触； 6、强数据处理能力，熟练使用Excel各类公式，了解SQL/Tableau/PowerBI等工具加分。
