1、负责构建和完善支撑治理生态体系建设，确保其高效、稳定运行； 2、负责构建和完善治理生态基础能力模块，包括但不限于数据体系、AI Coding、AI异动分析、商家达人经营牵引等； 3、主导或参与系统的高可用、高并发、高稳定性维护，解决复杂技术难题，持续进行现有系统的性能瓶颈分析与优化，提升系统吞吐量和可维护性； 4、推动AI技术在治理场景中的落地，包括AI Coding、自动化评测等AI驱动研发模式，提升治理系统研发效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业； 2、熟练掌握Go/Python/Java之一，具备良好的面向对象设计思想和编程习惯； 3、熟练掌握MySQL数据库设计、优化及SQL编写，对事务、索引、性能调优有实战经验，熟悉Redis缓存技术原理与应用（如持久化、集群、高可用），并对DB/缓存技术有深入认知； 4、具备优秀的逻辑分析、问题解决能力，快速学习能力及良好的团队协作与沟通精神； 5、具备产品思维，能够以用户为出发点，结合业务有效落地并实现收益，能参与需求设计并提出技术可行性建议，与产品、设计团队高效协作。

加分项： 1、关注AI大模型发展，有Prompt Engineering、Skill、Agent等LLM应用开发经验者优先； 2、有数据分析、良好的业务意识经验者优先。
