1、治理指标与数据科学分析：负责围绕国际电商商品、商家、达人、内容与用户等对象开展数据分析，建立能够衡量平台风险、治理效果和用户体验的指标体系，并持续提升指标的准确性、稳定性和业务解释能力；通过曝光、点击、交易、投诉、审核、处罚、申诉、用户反馈及模型预测等多源数据，识别平台治理中的关键问题和潜在风险，并通过数据分析定位根因、评估影响、提出优化方向； 2、算法与治理策略评估：参与算法模型和治理策略的效果评估，建立多维评估体系；运用A、B Experiment、因果推断、准实验、抽样评估等数据科学方法，区分相关性与真实策略增量，评估模型和治理策略对平台生态的长期影响，并帮助团队进行策略选择与资源配置； 3、风险发现与根因分析：参与建设全球电商生态的风险监控、异常检测和Root Cause Analysis框架；结合时间序列、分层分析、异常检测、聚类、文本分析以及机器学习等方法，对指标异常进行自动化拆解和归因，识别影响平台生态健康度的核心因素，并推动算法、策略和业务团队完成问题闭环； 4、AI-Native Data Science&Agent：探索大模型与Agent在数据科学场景中的应用，将业务知识、分析方法与AI能力结合，推动指标诊断、根因分析、实验与策略评估、业务洞察等数据科学流程的智能化；将分析方法与最佳实践沉淀为可复用的Data Science Skill/Workflow，并探索其自动评估与持续优化，推动AI深度融入Data Science工作流。

1、本科及以上学历，统计、计算机、数学、数据科学、运筹学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的统计学基础，熟悉假设检验、回归分析、抽样方法、实验设计等；了解机器学习、因果推断、时间序列、异常检测等方法，并能够根据实际业务问题选择合适的方法； 3、具备扎实的数据分析和编程能力，熟练使用SQL和Python数据科学工具栈；熟悉Hive/SparkSQL/Spark/Hadoop等大数据工具者优先； 4、积极探索并应用TRAE、Codex、Claude Code、数据分析Agent等AI工具提升数据分析、代码开发与研究效率，具备AI辅助完成复杂数据科学任务实践经验者优先； 5、具备较强的问题定义和结构化分析能力，能够将模糊业务问题转化为可衡量的数据科学问题，并进一步拆解为指标、假设和分析框架； 6、具备良好的业务理解和沟通协作能力，能够与算法、工程、产品、运营、政策等不同背景的团队合作，并推动数据洞察真正转化为产品、模型或治理策略。
