1、参与国际化电商直播业务，协同直播电商生态各类合作伙伴（包括：商家、机构、用户增长等），解决主播核心痛点、建设良好用户体验，建设规模化、可持续的直播生态； 2、负责直播电商用户产品，承担直播域用户侧核心指标（DAC/MAC/GMV）；与国际化电商用户增长、营销等团队协同打造国际化直播电商用户增长玩法，与TikTok LIVE、TikTok Fundamental、电商推荐与搜索等团队协同设计电商直播用户流量发现方案，与电商购前购后团队协同打造流畅、本地化的用户交易体验； 3、重点负责直播电商用户导购体验，对电商供给与用户分类有深刻理解，能协同交易、TikTok LIVE等团队优化直播交易漏斗，基于立即购买、竞拍、拼团等不同业务场景设计直播交易导购体验的最优解； 4、通过数据和调研，挖掘各类角色的本质需求，通过产品创新，提升业务规模；推进平台产品跨部门合作的项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，3-5年用户产品经历，理解电商业务，有交易导购、内容产品框架经历加分； 2、有扎实的产品设计功底，对用户体验敏感； 3、英语口语可作基本沟通，有国际化长期生活经历、口语流利加分。
