1、供给策略与分货盘管理：负责搭建跨境服饰行业的分货盘管理体系，研究并优化供给策略，提升供给效率；负责红蓝海货盘、场域货盘、国家主推货盘等供给结构的设计，定义货盘特征与标准；负责联通场域运营团队，输出针对不同场景的运营策略，如大促盘货、特色主题盘货、新品盘货等； 2、供给优化与分发策略：结合服饰类目的特性，与搜索与推荐团队合作，优化商品分发，提高供给效率；研究场域与货盘的匹配逻辑，优化钱效比与资源效率，确保供给策略与平台业务目标协同发展； 3、数据分析与决策支持：具备货盘分析与诊断能力，负责输出相关盘货及分发策略；输出类目分析报告及招品指南，挖掘商品细分市场的供给机会，指引商家商品开发方向；研究商品生命周期，基于货盘与生命周期模型建立监控与分析体系，优化成长路径，提高资源与货盘匹配效率。

1、本科以上学历，电商、市场、数据分析或相关专业优先； 2、具备电商行业相关经验，对消费者行为、服饰行业供给及货品策略有深入理解；有电商平台服饰运营经验者优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能够通过数据挖掘规律，发现问题及业务机会，并输出可落地的解决方案； 4、具备较强的执行力及项目管理能力，能够协调多团队资源，实现业务目标； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够整合资源，与算法、数据、商品企划等跨部门团队协同合作，推动策略落地。
