1、负责国际电商直播全场景产品设计与迭代，覆盖直播开播、直播间互动、直播选品、直播交易等核心链路，适配不同国家直播消费场景，打造国际化直播购物体验； 2、聚焦直播场景AI智能化创新，包括实时翻译、智能控场、话术辅助、实时流量、数据复盘等创新功能的产品规划、方案设计与落地； 3、基于直播业务数据、用户互动反馈、主播运营痛点，定义直播核心指标，梳理产品迭代优先级，输出完整的产品方案、算法优化策略与场景化解决方案； 4、协同研发、算法、设计、运营团队落地直播产品及AI智能功能迭代，持续监测产品上线效果，通过数据复盘沉淀直播产品迭代经验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对电商、AI感兴趣，具备较强的数据分析能力，能够以数据驱动直播产品迭代、场景优化，有直播产品、AI实时交互功能相关项目经历者优先； 3、逻辑思维敏捷，对实时互动场景、用户消费行为敏感度高，具备较强的创新思维和落地能力； 4、自我驱动、优秀的跨团队协作能力，结果导向，能够高效推进直播产品创新与迭代落地。
