1、支持平台产品（2D）的需求分析，包括访谈、问卷调研、业务场景梳理、数据统计； 2、支持产品日常使用的指标监测和统计分析，根据数据波动归因使用痛点、协调资源进行跟踪并推进优化； 3、支持门户类、数据、协同等平台产品的行业调研分析和产品功能设计； 4、组织产品运营相关活动，建立稳定的产品功能介绍、触达渠道和反馈收集机制。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机/用户研究/AI/数据科学专业优先； 2、熟练使用SQL、Excel、Python等至少一种脚本语言，熟悉常用数据统计和分析方法； 3、良好的逻辑思维能力、业务解读能力和快速学习能力； 4、有较强的主动性和自驱力，洞察机会并能够高效执行落地； 5、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识，乐观自省。
