1、通过市场调研、数据分析、业务讨论等多种手段，支撑产品经理发现问题、定义产品功能需求； 2、协助撰写PRD，与设计、研发、测试等多团队紧密协作，推动产品功能按时高质量交付； 3、跟踪产品上线后的数据表现和用户反馈，针对性优化产品功能，提高用户体验，扩大产品价值； 4、协助横向项目的全流程推进，包括收集各方信息、组织会议、协同解决卡点问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、逻辑能力和执行力强，善于沟通，主动积极，高度自驱，具备独立思考能力； 3、对电商行业和国际化产品有兴趣，具备基础的产品思维和数据敏感度，有实习经验/实习经验优先； 4、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言； 5、每周能保证至少4天到岗，连续实习3个月及以上。
