日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助内容运营团队推动跨境商品在国际化内容场短视频的工作，目标是提升商品在内容场的交易GMV及转化效率；具体工作包括不限于货盘配置、样品运营、达人触达、社群运营、国家侧各类内容活动协同落地等工作； 2、数据收集与分析：协助进行高质量数据分析工作，通过对商品、视频、效率工具的数据整理和分析，发现趋势问题，能进行完整复盘和归因，产出精细化运营策略并输出成果； 3、其他工作：协助完成运营团队安排的其他临时性工作，如文档整理、会议安排、资料翻译等，确保运营工作的顺利进行。

1、本科及以上学历在读，商科、理工科、传媒类专业优先等相关专业优先； 2、对跨境电商或国际化短视频内容生态感兴趣，有TikTok短视频运营经验或跨境电商实习经历者优先，熟悉TikTok平台规则和玩法，具备基本的跨境电商运营常识； 3、有良好的沟通能力与执行力，能高效配合团队开展工作，工作积极主动，有较强的责任心； 4、具备一定的数据分析能力，可根据运营数据调整优化策略； 5、英语听说读写流利，有国际化相关经历者优先； 6、每周出勤5天，连续实习5-6个月及以上。
