日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与平台级大促、行业活动及IP专项的落地执行，协同支持活动方案规划，可根据既定SOP独立负责执行模块，保障活动按时高质量上线； 2、持续收集整理美国本地市场信息（消费人群特征、风格偏好、重点类目及流行趋势），通过对本地电商平台、独立站及线下零售市场的调研分析，输出品类市场分析报告，挖掘本地化货盘机会； 3、基于活动目标与执行过程，独立完成活动效果复盘与数据分析； 4、对执行流程与关键经验进行整理沉淀，协助完善活动SOP，推动经验复用与流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言，有国际化学习或生活经历者优先； 3、具备市场敏锐度与分析能力；有营销、活动、广告、直播/短视频运营或平台活动运营经验者优先； 4、了解基础电商数据指标，具备营销审美与内容判断力； 5、沟通与跨团队协作能力强，学习能力强，执行力高； 6、每周可实习5天，连续实习4个月及以上。
