1、持续追踪内容电商行业及电商直播发展趋势，系统性地分析创作者、商家及电商平台在选品组货、内容生产、互动优化、流量分发、成交转化等环节的痛点，挖掘并定义有效策略动作； 2、深度对接前台业务运营、产品、策略等多团队，梳理业务问题与数据需求，将抽象诉求拆解为可执行的分析方案，形成结构化结论与策略建议，推动方案落地并跟进效果闭环； 3、通过定量数据分析与定性用户访谈，科学评估产品解决方案的业务价值与用户体验，基于数据洞察，沉淀可复用的场景化解决方案与方法论，并驱动产品功能的持续迭代与优化； 4、高效组织与协调跨部门沟通，整合资源，确保信息在业务、产品和技术团队间准确、高效流转，建立并维护顺畅的多方协作机制，对项目最终成果负责； 5、完善业务目标和经营分析数据体系，负责指标建立及优化，并协助业务管理及风险监测，能够及时识别问题和迭代方向，推动业务发展，优化钱效。

1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、信息管理、电子商务、市场营销等相关专业优先，1–3年数据分析/策略相关经验； 2、对电商、内容平台及直播业务有浓厚兴趣，理解直播与电商的基础链路和核心指标，有电商直播、内容安全/风险控制、反作弊相关经验者优先； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握至少一种数据分析工具（如SQL、Python、R等），能够完成基础数据提取、清洗、建模及可视化呈现； 4、具备良好的沟通协作与项目推进能力，能够在跨团队、多角色场景下高效对齐问题、推动方案落地，对业务结果有强烈的责任心和主人翁意识； 5、具备自驱力和学习能力，愿意快速了解东南亚市场和本地用户生态； 6、具备良好的英语能力，满足工作需要。
