1、负责国际化电商业务的用户研究工作，深入理解东南亚市场用户行为与体验需求，支持业务增长与体验优化； 2、基于业务问题，能独立完成用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行，并输出有较强落地性的研究报告、推动业务落地； 3、持续深化对业务的理解，通过用户研究挖掘增长机会与体验优化方向； 4、前瞻性关注行业及市场动态，结合业务发展阶段与用户需求进行专题的调研分析。

1、本科或以上学历，包括但不限于心理学、统计学、社会学、市场营销、经济学、人类学等相关专业； 2、2年及以上市场与用户研究经验，熟悉各种研究方法，能独立完成定性定量研究项目； 3、具备良好的沟通能力与推动力，能够跨团队协作，具备较强的执行力与自我管理能力； 4、具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通环境；对电商行业有一定理解，有东南亚市场研究经验者优先； 5、熟悉了解并掌握SPSS、SQL等统计软件，具备数据分析能力；同时具备扎实的定性研究能力。
