1、品牌商家招募拓展：针对国内全品类Top品牌商家进行BD，引导商家入驻； 2、具备一定商家BD经验，能针对不同行业的痛点给予商家解决方案的支持和内部资源的协调； 3、针对出海商家进行前期孵化和运营，确保商家GMV增速符合预期。同时针对商家出海前准备工作能给予相应数据支持和分析建议； 4、有基础活动策划能力，并能了解行业活动动向，定期举办品牌交流峰会等，实现商家资源裂变。 5、对内容电商有一定认知，能探索并落地提升电商内容效率的有效方法，包括但不限于构思内容制作创意，挖掘并管理内容分发渠道， 协调营销活动资源，积极寻求与达人、MCN机构、第三方平台（TAP）等联盟的合作，以提升产品表现并助力实现销售增长。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年以上电商运营或商家招募经验； 2、有较强的市场挖掘、营销创新能力，能把握和引导商户的整体营销； 3、数据分析能力强，能通过数据对于行业动向、项目管理有分析结果、归纳总结； 4、较强的自我驱动和责任心，具有良好的团队合作精神及优秀的组织协调沟通能力，强业绩结果导向； 5、英语水平佳为加分项。
