课题介绍：研发领先的AI技术，支持TikTok短剧的生产与全球化分发，包含三个核心方向： 1、短剧内容理解：如剧情高光片段的自动识别与生成，支持短剧的推荐与分发； 2、短剧自动化翻译配音：对短剧进行多语种自动化翻译和配音，丰富短剧内容供给，降低多语种重置成本； 3、AI短剧生成：探索AI技术在短剧的剧本和视频生产等多个维度的应用，结合前沿生成模型实现短剧内容生成与可控编排。

课题挑战： 1、短剧的多语言翻译与配音中的情感迁移、时长控制与口型同步； 2、短剧生成中的剧本生产、剧情拆解、分镜规划与角色一致性控制； 3、多模块系统在真实业务场景下的效果稳定性与工程效率。

课题价值： 1、建设领先的短剧场景多模态理解和生成核心能力； 2、提升短剧生产、本地化与全球分发效率； 3、降低内容制作与多语种重制成本。

1、2027届及以后毕业，博士在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、了解多模态内容理解和生成相关技术，有相关的模型训练与调优、强化学习算法研究经历者优先； 3、熟悉常用的深度学习算法，有较强的数理基础以及代码能力； 4、在相关国际会议（NeurIPS，ICLR，ACL，IJCAI，AAAI，CVPR，ICASSP等）上发表论文者优先； 5、有较强的团队协作能力，能与团队紧密合作，共同推进项目进展。
