1、负责To B产品全生命周期合规支持，对接产品、研发、算法团队，在需求设计、开发测试、上线发布及版本迭代各阶段前置识别并化解法律风险； 2、负责法律文件管理，包括To B销售团队相关销售合同、合作协议的起草、审核、修订，以及产品相关用户协议、隐私政策、服务条款及产品页面文案等对外法律文本的起草、审核、修订； 3、负责产品国际化上线及国际化业务合规，覆盖目标市场数据保护、内容与平台合规治理、消费者保护等要求，支持跨境数据传输方案设计与落地，管理协调国际化外部律所资源； 4、开展合规研究，跟踪数据安全、个人信息保护、AI治理、网络安全等动态，输出合规指引与审核清单，推动合规要求嵌入产品流程； 5、为业务提供法律培训，提升团队法律风险意识与合规操作能力；完成产品领域相关合规检查、资质备案、合规监督应对等工作，输出专业法律支持。

1、法律专业本科及以上学历，具备法律职业资格；有境外法学学位优先； 2、5年以上法务相关工作经验，其中3年以上产品合规经验，有云计算、AI、企业服务等领域产品支持经验者优先； 3、具备知识产权实务经验，熟悉著作权、开源合规等领域；具备国际化产品合规经验，有跨境数据合规项目实操经验； 4、具备业务导向思维，能快速理解产品架构与数据流转逻辑，高效平衡商业诉求与法律风险，将法律要求转化为可落地的产品方案； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力及快速响应能力，善于拥抱变化。
