1、负责数据产品ToB运营工作，从内容、活动和销售渠道等的一个或多个方向发力，为产品增长负责； 2、能够结合产品发展目标和市场现状分析，制定有效的运营目标，协同相关团队拿到业务结果； 3、能够整合内外部资源，独立制定运营策略并匹配运营行动计划，达成结果并给予产品正向反馈； 4、能够基于用户调研、数据分析等手段，深入洞察用户需求，制作用户画像，负责用户触达、转化、留存的全生命周期的数据增长，并提升运营漏斗转化率； 5、能够基于数据驱动制定产品运营指标，并结合数据分析结果优化运营策略，提升转化效率，加速产品增长。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验，有云计算及相关ToB产品运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉数据应用或数据平台层产品，熟练使用统计分析工具，能快速发掘客户业务和数据的联系； 3、具备出色的项目协调管理和业务规划能力，团队协作能力强，能借助各方力量推动规则、制度等落地； 4、自驱、结果导向，喜欢挑战性的工作，工作激情饱满，能承受一定工作压力； 5、英语读写口语流利优先。
