1、负责字节跳动AI Coding产品TRAE运营和增长相关服务端架构和研发工作； 2、协同产品及运营团队，深度参与到业务增长的全部环节，支持研发落地的业务场景，包括但不限于：用户获取、留存提升、激励增长、内容增长、跨端联动等。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用AI Coding开发工具，能同时兼任多端开发同学优先； 3、学习能力强，有自驱力，具备良好的问题分析和解决能力，有良好的架构和业务理解能力； 4、有技术追求，愿意深入探究和优化编码和设计。
