1、负责基于仿真引擎的合成数据管线设计与开发，支撑AI模型训练数据生产； 2、与算法、产品团队协作，将数据需求转化为可规模化执行的合成数据方案； 3、持续优化合成数据的质量、多样性与生成效率。

1、熟悉Unreal Engine，具备基于UE进行工具开发或场景搭建的实战经验； 2、具备以下至少一项背景：NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Cosmos等仿真平台使用或开发经验；技术美术（Technical Artist）背景，熟悉渲染、材质、动画等管线；计算机图形学/3D视觉相关领域经验； 3、具备良好的沟通能力与问题理解力，能够跨团队高效对齐需求； 4、编程基础扎实，熟练使用Python/C++，有工程化落地能力。

加分项 1、有Agent/多智能体系统开发经验； 2、有合成数据产品（如用于自动驾驶、机器人、具身智能）落地经验； 3、熟悉域随机化（Domain Randomization）、Sim2Real相关方法； 4、了解USD、OpenUSD生态及相关工具链。
