1、参与项目系统与玩法的交互设计：参与体验构思、搭建信息架构、产出设计原型与说明文档； 2、跟进产品体验效果，利用Figma搭建可交互原型验证设计，衔接策划、程序、美术、重构，跟进方案功能落地； 3、基于对功能、叙事与目标玩家的理解，为美术表现和功能体验提供创意方案； 4、通过产品分析、玩家反馈，持续性提升体验设计； 5、参与设计规范制定，并定期维护文档。

1、5年以上游戏交互设计经验，有深度的项目研发经历，主导过核心系统/玩法的交互设计，本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉虚幻引擎，了解界面重构的框架与规范、熟悉控件调用； 3、熟练使用Figma等设计工具产出Demo方案，并能评估不同方案实现成本； 4、具备良好的沟通能力，逻辑严谨，能主动推进跨团队协作； 5、具备良好的审美能力，能持续关注并吸收前沿的体验设计与视觉趋势；对玩家行为与游戏习惯有一定的思考，对流行文化有所涉猎与洞察； 6、游戏经验丰富，拥有FPS或动作类端游经验者优先考虑。
