日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、了解抖音等主流平台热门话题及爆款内容逻辑，基于社区特点、目标人群洞察等协助团队完成投放素材选题策划-生产-复盘的全流程； 2、协助团队完成增长运营方向的活动头脑风暴、创意策划及落地执行，共同打造能带动社区增长和品牌认知的活动玩法； 3、跟踪内容拉新、达人合作数据，根据数据反馈持续迭代投放内容，输出分析报告，为后续策略优化提供支撑； 4、协助达人拓展、内容定制、日常代理管理及运营，保障合作顺利开展； 5、独立完成短视频素材创意打样，包括素材筛选、拼接、字幕添加、音效搭配等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有梗有创意，审美好，有活动运营/执行经验优先； 3、能熟练使用剪辑软件，有短视频剪辑/账号运营经验，爆款剪辑作品优先（可附作品展示）； 4、有KOL、KOC合作经验优先； 5、强目标导向，能够基于目标，拆解运营策略，具备敏锐的内容、创作者、用户洞察力； 6、有趣有主见，具备创新思维，有一定业务判断力，具备积极的执行力和创新精神。
