日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音游戏方向内容运营，挖掘、筛选优质游戏内容并验证内容爆款潜力及规模化空间，覆盖当下热门的MOBA/FPS/RPG/休闲游戏品类； 2、负责用户全生命周期运营，包括用户挖掘、引入、维护及活动激励，为用户规模、活跃度及投稿量负责； 3、分析挖掘热点内容及形式，沉淀内容运营方法论，复刻并放大内容规模； 4、洞察游戏内容特性，结合玩家需求、圈层文化及内容趋势，明确重点运营方向，定向补充内容供给，发掘新创作手法，策划内容活动，提升游戏玩家的内容认知； 5、监控游戏相关内容数据，通过话题运营等策略调整，提升内容曝光、用户投稿等转化效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、热爱游戏，有较长的游戏游玩时长，有游戏行业的创作者运营/内容运营经验优先； 3、热爱内容，熟悉抖音等视频平台，有较强的内容敏感性，关注内容发展趋势； 4、逻辑思维好，目标感强，善于总结沉淀可复用的策略及方法论； 5、善于沟通协作，热衷与用户打交道。
