1、参与协助业务专项产品运营工作，包括内容创作、作者/达人成长等专项日常答疑及异常情况处理； 2、持续沉淀玩法创作者运营工作流，协助推动运营平台的迭代升级，以提升运营效率； 3、关注行业动态、协助产品分析，并做文档沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有较强的数据敏感度及数据导向思维，具备数据整理及基础分析能力，熟练使用办公常用软件，能够高效处理批量数据； 3、具有较强的沟通应变能力和项目管理能力，自驱力强，细致有责任心，具备主人翁意识，能快速驱动事项推进； 4、有快速学习能力，勤奋踏实，对新鲜事物保持好奇心，面对新任务能够快速上手，抗压能力强； 5、每周出勤4天以上，可持续实习3个月。
