日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕大学生的真实需求、成长话题和校园节点，参与官方账号的选题规划，持续寻找适合对外表达的内容； 2、独立或协助完成公众号推文、人物故事、项目介绍、招募文案、活动宣传及社交平台发布文案； 3、跟进重点项目和活动，整理真实故事、关键细节和有价值的观点，形成内容选题和稿件； 4、负责内容的编辑、包装和发布，优化标题、内容结构、封面和发布文案，协同设计及视频同学完成内容制作； 5、跟踪内容的阅读、播放和互动表现，结合数据和用户反馈进行复盘，持续优化选题和表达方式。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周出勤四至五天，能够连续实习四个月以上优先； 3、具备良好的内容审美和网感，对人物故事、青年成长、职业选择等内容有敏感度，能判断同龄人真正关心什么； 4、具备扎实的中文写作和编辑能力，能够独立完成结构完整、语言自然的公众号推文； 5、熟悉公众号后台及常用的图文排版、图片编辑工具，能够独立完成文章排版、封面制作和内容发布，会基础视频剪辑或熟练使用AI内容工具者优先； 6、有校园媒体、公众号、自媒体账号、品牌内容或新媒体运营经验者优先，投递时请附上相关作品。
