1、本科及以上学历，具备用户运营、活动运营、营销传播相关经验； 2、具备较强的用户洞察力，能够深度理解用户行为和背后动机，通过内容话题、活动等牵引用户表达； 3、擅长策划、具备创造力，并能通过整合平台内外资源形成活动全案； 4、善于沟通，具备良好的跨部门协作能力及较高的执行力，主动进行内外部沟通，思维活跃。
