1、负责抖音UGC投稿的策略产品工作，结合用户调研与数据分析，制定对应策略与产品方案并落地验证； 2、围绕业务目标，拆解策略逻辑、设计产品方案，完成产品形态定义与需求文档撰写； 3、负责策略相关的数据分析与实验支持工作，完成基础取数、指标口径核对与效果评估，支持A/B实验设计、结果分析与结论沉淀，辅助策略持续迭代； 4、协同运营、研发团队，推进已有模型能力在产品策略中的应用，推动大模型能力与策略产品方案的协同落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计/数学/大数据/计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有产品或数据相关实习经验者优先，熟悉抖音App，对内容产品、UGC生态有较强认知和兴趣； 3、对模型方向有系统性了解，理解其基本原理与应用方式，熟练撰写Prompt，参与过非对话类大模型项目（如LLM内容理解、多模态生成、模型评估等）者优先； 4、逻辑清晰，具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟悉数据库与数据平台，熟练使用SQL/Python，能够将业务或分析目标拆解为可执行的数据分析方案； 5、实习期6个月及以上，每周可工作5天，可长期实习者优先。
