日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕大学生真实需求和校园场景，参与抖音校园社群的运营规划、用户招募及重点项目执行； 2、寻找并维护高校社长、校园KOL和核心成员，了解不同学校的社群状态、学生需求和参与反馈； 3、参与社群身份与成长机制设计，明确不同成员的角色、参与方式、权益和激励，提升学生的参与感与归属感； 4、参与社群任务和校园活动玩法设计，将有效的运营方式整理成活动玩法库、运营方案和SOP，支持不同高校参考使用； 5、跟进社群日常运营和校园活动落地，结合运营数据与学生反馈，持续优化社群规则、活动内容和激励方式。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可保证四至五天到岗，能够连续实习四个月以上者优先； 3、理解大学生群体的特点，对校园社群、学生组织和青年文化有兴趣，能够发现学生的真实需求； 4、具备较强的结构化思考和文字表达能力，能够独立整理运营方案、社群规则及SOP； 5、熟练使用Excel、飞书多维表格等工具，能够完成运营数据整理、分析和看板搭建，并善于借助AI进行信息归类、数据处理和运营效率优化； 6、具备良好的沟通协调和项目推进能力，有用户运营、社群运营、校园组织、活动策划经验。
