日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、围绕大学生真实需求、成长选择及校园节点，参与内容创作项目的选题策划、创作机制设计与全流程执行； 2、寻找并筛选有潜力的创作者，持续维护创作者池，了解其内容方向、创作状态与成长需求，日常建联沟通； 3、参与创作者选题讨论、内容打磨及创作进度跟进，推动优质创意顺利落地； 4、跟进前采、拍摄、初剪、修改和发布等环节，协助对接嘉宾、机构及创作资源，保证项目按计划推进； 5、协助管理创作者社群，策划轻量级的社群互动活跃氛围，沉淀运营反馈，持续优化创作者激励与成长机制。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周出勤四至五天，能够连续实习四个月以上者优先； 3、具备良好的内容审美和网感，对人物故事、青年成长、职业选择等内容有敏感度，能判断同龄人真正关心什么； 4、具备较强的信息搜集和人物沟通能力，愿意主动认识创作者、了解创作者，并建立稳定的合作关系； 5、做事细致、有条理，具备较强的项目推进能力，能够同时跟进多个创作者和项目； 6、有视频创作、自媒体运营、人物采访、校园媒体、社群运营或创作者运营经验者优先。
