1、深度关注和研究互联网产品、社交社区产品行业趋势，通过行业研究和战略判断，为国际化互联网产品提供外部视角和决策支持； 2、围绕用户多元图文创作与表达需求（社区趋势、日常记录、经验分享、观点表达等），参与定义TikTok在图文与社区方向的核心价值主张；提供深度思考洞察、前瞻判断行业走向，发现业务增长机会与潜在风险，支持战略落地； 3、通过定性观察、专题定量分析、指标体系搭建与监控等综合手段，发现和研判整体生态问题，结合业务现状提供解决思路； 4、从整体用户视角、业务视角、生态综合进行产品策略设计，联动多业务团队，协作推进项目落地； 5、对接相关业务团队，对业务中的关键问题开展专项分析，协调复杂项目，产出策略并转化为可执行方案，提升整体战略影响力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上互联网内容、UGC、社区、创作工具、产品战略等相关经验； 2、具备国际化视野，英文可作为工作语言，口语沟通流利，有海外工作经验者优先； 3、对用户产品有热情，对社交、社区、内容生态有高度兴趣和深刻理解；能敏锐捕捉外部行业趋势变化，提供前瞻判断； 4、具备结构化思考能力，能敏锐识别和拆解问题，擅长结合数据和用户同理心来刻画问题和回答问题； 5、出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在业务模块的深度和广度上进行跨团队沟通，推动上下游的协作完成； 6、熟悉互联网内容平台的各种功能和内容生态，有互联网战略或互联网内容产业相关行业研究经验者优先。
