1、定义AiOS新一代视觉语言体系，负责建立面向AI原生产品的视觉设计框架，包括Design System、Typography、Iconography、Color System、Layout、Component等基础能力建设，打造统一、灵活且可持续演进的设计体系； 2、探索未来智能产品体验设计，深度参与AI、手机OS、多设备协同等产品方向的UI/Visual Design，从概念探索、体验定义到最终上线，推动高品质视觉体验落地； 3、推动跨团队体验一致性，与UX、Motion、产品、研发团队紧密协作，将视觉策略、交互逻辑和动态表达统一到完整体验中，提升产品整体品质； 4、建设并推动设计系统规模化应用，负责Design System的持续演进，包括组件体系、设计规范、设计Token、多端适配等能力建设，推动其在不同业务和产品线中的应用； 5、沉淀AI时代设计方法论，持续关注AI产品趋势、用户反馈与体验数据，探索新的视觉表达方式，并形成可复用的设计原则和方法体系。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业优先，5年以上UI/Visual Design相关经验，有成熟C端产品设计经验； 2、具备优秀的视觉设计能力和审美判断力，对细节、品质感以及品牌表达有较高追求； 3、具备Design System建设经验，深入理解Design Token、Component Architecture、Guideline等体系化设计方法； 4、熟悉移动操作系统、智能终端、AI产品或复杂C端产品设计，有从0到1建设经验者优先； 5、具备系统性设计思维，能够将视觉理念转化为可执行规范，并推动设计方案完成工程落地； 6、具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能够与产品、研发、交互、动效等团队共同解决复杂体验问题，对AI产品发展趋势、未来交互方式以及设计工具演进保持敏锐洞察，并持续探索新的设计可能。
