1、深度参与AI及手机OS创新业务的产品与系统设计，从概念发想走到高保真落地，用设计定义下一代智能体验； 2、探索并熟练运用各领域前沿的AI生产工具（如各类Vide/生成式设计平台、大模型辅助流等），将AI深度融入日常设计链路，大幅提升创新效率与产出边界； 3、紧密协同产品与研发团队，不仅停留在“画图”，更能基于对技术的理解，提出打破常规的交互与视觉概念，把控像素级还原体验； 4、保持极致的用户同理心，主动参与调研与访谈，用最原生的用户视角发现痛点并推动体验创新； 5、总结创新设计规律与AI辅助设计的方法论，在团队内积极分享前沿趋势，提升团队的专业影响力和探索氛围。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计相关学科背景优先； 2、具有优秀的设计品味与视觉表现力，对前沿科技敏感，熟练掌握并热衷于探索各类AI设计/生产辅助工具（Vide/生成式AI等），能将其作为延展创造力的利器； 3、拒绝平庸，对未知的交互形态（如AI Native UI、OS级智能体体验）充满好奇心，敢于推翻重来，敢于尝试非共识的设计方案； 4、具备出色的设计推演与表达能力，能清晰、富有感染力地讲述你的设计故事，在团队协作中顺畅沟通，共同推进业务； 5、对设计有纯粹的热爱，拥有较强的自我驱动力与成长渴望，乐于在充满不确定性的创新业务中野蛮生长。
