1、定义AR产品OS的视觉语言，负责操作系统整体视觉方向与设计语言的建立，包括色彩、字体、图形、图标、布局、材质、层级、空间关系、动效及视觉反馈等； 2、从品牌气质、产品理念、交互方式和硬件特征出发，构建具有高度美感且可持续演进的系统视觉语言与美学定义； 3、对系统中的关键界面、场景和代表性体验进行高质量设计，建立整个产品的视觉标杆，对体验进行持续打磨，对像素级细节、视觉节奏、动态反馈和整体完成度保持较高要求； 4、主导AR Design System（设计系统）、视觉规范、组件视觉规则等体系建设，能够从信息层级、视觉注意力、空间组织、交互反馈等多个维度共同解决复杂系统界面问题； 5、与组件、交互、动效、品牌及工程团队共同推动设计语言真正落地到产品，能够通过高质量原型、动效、视觉概念等方式快速验证新的设计方向。

1、本科及以上学历，设计或美术专业背景，5年以上UI视觉设计工作经验，具备行业领先的视觉设计能力和成熟的审美高度； 2、有主导平台型产品、操作系统、系统级产品或复杂数字产品的视觉设计经验； 3、能够同时处理视觉创新与系统一致性：既可以做出极具突破性的概念，也能够将其转化为稳定、规模化的设计体系； 4、对视觉设计细节具有较高敏感度，具备出色的设计表达能力，可以通过设计稿、原型、动效及设计叙事清楚表达设计理念； 5、具备成熟的跨职能协作能力，能够与产品、交互、研发、品牌团队共同推进复杂项目。

加分项 1、深度参与过手机OS、桌面OS、车载系统、XR/AR、可穿戴设备或其他系统级产品设计； 2、关注AI、空间计算、多模态交互。
