1、视觉体系定调与全品类UI设计，主导项目整体UI视觉风格与体系搭建，立足成熟美少女核心调性，独立覆盖玩法、战斗、角色叙事包装、商业化活动等全模块UI设计，平衡视觉品质、交互体验与角色表现力； 2、精品产品拆解与设计转化落地，持续深度拆解产品的UI设计逻辑、交互规律与落地技巧，反向沉淀可复用的设计方案与优化策略，驱动项目UI品质持续迭代升级； 3、设计规范建设与量产效能提升，搭建完整的UI资产规范、通用组件库、版式栅格与活动复用模板，统一团队输出标准，支撑长线版本迭代与活动量产，在保障品质的前提下提升整体生产效率； 4、外包管控与全链路品质兜底，统筹UI外包的需求输出、进度跟进与全流程审核，清晰传递项目风格标准与设计意图，统一内外产出的视觉精度与规范符合性，对项目全量UI品质最终负责； 5、跨团队协同与引擎落地推进，对接策划、程序、美术、动效等多团队，拆解业务需求、优化交互逻辑、解决Unity引擎适配与性能优化问题，保障各版本、活动内容高效落地。

1、5年以上游戏UI全职经验，有完整二次元手游从0到1或长线运营项目主UI经验；深度体验并拆解过美少女类游戏，能精准把握UI设计逻辑与视觉优势，具备成熟的产品分析与转化能力； 2、风格把控能力，审美好，精通美少女类游戏视觉语言，理解成熟美少女题材的UI设计分寸感，能驾驭融合型世界观的多场景风格切换； 3、具备完整的游戏UI全链路设计能力，覆盖信息架构、版式设计、动效节奏、落地规范；能独立主导复杂玩法界面的信息梳理与视觉呈现； 4、落地思维，熟悉Unity引擎UI开发流程，了解图集、DrawCall、内存占用等性能约束，能在设计阶段规避落地风险；具备组件化、规范化设计意识，可沉淀可复用的团队资产库； 5、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等设计工具，可输出高质量静态界面与规范文档；具备3D软件、AI辅助、动态分镜设计能力者优先； 6、优秀的逻辑思维与用户视角，能从玩家体验出发优化操作路径、信息层级与新手引导，兼顾体验流畅度与商业化转化效果；沟通协作能力强，具备版本量产思维；可独立承担主UI兜底工作，带动团队与外包产出，高效推进多线程需求落地。
