1、参与游戏局内、局外UI的视觉设计与制作，包括界面布局、视觉风格、图标、控件、信息层级等内容； 2、与策划、美术、程序等团队成员协作，推动UI方案从设计到引擎内落地，保障最终呈现效果与交互体验； 3、参与科幻写实风格下的UI表现探索，提升界面的品质感、沉浸感与游戏整体视觉一致性； 4、结合项目需求，参与UI动效、动态材质、界面特效等表现形式的设计与实现； 5、关注游戏UI、交互体验、动效设计及UE引擎相关前沿技术，为团队提供新的表现思路与设计方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，美术设计、视觉传达、数字媒体、交互设计、动画、游戏相关专业优先； 2、熟悉交互设计相关理论，掌握基础交互设计方法；专长在视觉设计或交互设计方向均可； 3、具备良好的审美能力和设计能力，热爱游戏，了解ACG亚文化，对科幻游戏UI有自己的理解与表达； 4、具备扎实的平面设计能力，能够完成界面视觉、版式、图标、信息层级等设计工作； 5、有游戏UI设计作品集，或在视觉设计、交互设计、动效设计中至少一个方向有突出表现； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力、学习能力和执行力，能够适应跨职能团队协作。

加分项 1、熟悉Unreal Engine，有UE使用经验； 2、主机深度玩家，科幻热爱者； 3、具备动效设计能力，熟悉After Effects、Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator等设计工具，有动态材质制作经验优先； 4、有完整游戏项目、Game Jam、个人Demo或商业项目UI设计经验。
