1、负责PICO相关产品的UI设计工作，基于设计需求和用户体验目标，协助完成从概念构思到设计落地的全流程； 2、参与产品设计规范和标准的制定与迭代，沉淀设计经验和方法，协助提升团队整体设计效率和设计质量； 3、与研究、产品、研发及设计等跨职能团队紧密协作，提出创新的交互路径和产品设计方案，推动设计方案高质量落地； 4、关注前瞻性设计趋势，结合用户需求与业务场景持续探索创新方向，不断提升产品体验和产品生命力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，设计、人机交互、计算机或相关专业； 2、具备良好的用户体验意识、设计表达能力和沟通协作能力，能够理解产品目标并参与推进设计方案落地； 3、对产品设计有热情，具备较强的学习能力、审美能力和创新意识； 4、有产品设计、交互设计或相关实习经验者优先； 5、具备使用原型设计工具进行交互演示的能力者优先；具备使用Unity等游戏引擎进行互动流程演示能力者优先。
