1、有较强的美术功底和UI设计能力，对交互和动效设计有一定理解；与团队一起高效完成局内局外UI的设计和制作； 2、能结合游戏美术风格，进行UI界面延展设计； 3、与团队一起探索UI表现的前沿技术（如AI）和美术效果的提升方法； 4、对设计的UI界面图素进行切图输出。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、性格乐观积极，富有活力，掌握游戏界面设计和游戏视觉，了解交互设计方法，专长在视觉设计或交互设计上均可； 3、有审美，有设计能力，热爱游戏，喜欢各类美术风格和文化，对美漫游戏中的UI有独到见解； 4、有项目实操经验、熟练的AI工具掌握能力、Unity引擎经验或美漫、科幻风格的UI表现经验者优先。
