1、根据项目已有的美术风格和UI规范，完成各系统、活动及功能界面的视觉设计，保证前后风格统一； 2、独立完成界面排版、图标、按钮、页签、边框及相关UI素材的设计与制作； 3、与策划沟通功能需求和信息层级，在满足功能和操作逻辑的基础上，给出合理的视觉方案； 4、与程序对接界面落地，跟进适配、切图、资源输出和最终实现效果，及时处理开发过程中的UI问题； 5、使用Figma维护设计稿、组件和页面规范，保证文件结构清晰，方便团队协作和后续迭代，持续整理和补充项目UI规范，避免后续页面出现风格偏差和品质不统一； 6、使用AI绘画工具辅助进行素材探索和制作，并能通过PS进行精修、统一画风，使素材达到实际项目使用标准。

1、3年以上游戏UI设计经验，有完整游戏项目研发或上线经验； 2、有较好的审美和扎实的平面设计能力，能够准确把握已有风格，并在此基础上继续往下延展，能独立完成功能界面，并处理好信息层级、操作逻辑、视觉表现和整体一致性； 3、熟练使用Figma、Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator等设计工具，熟悉主流AI绘画工具，能够控制画面风格、保持素材一致性，并完成后期精修，不只是生成图片，还需要能把结果真正用进项目； 4、熟悉游戏UI常见的设计和开发流程，了解切图、九宫格、分辨率适配、资源规范等基本要求； 5、有较好的沟通和推进能力，能与策划、程序高效对接，对设计效果跟进到底； 6、投递时请附游戏UI相关作品集，并说明自己在项目中负责的具体内容。

加分项 1、有女性向、剧情向、二次元、卡牌或内容型游戏项目经验； 2、对角色养成、剧情、活动、背包、商城等常见游戏系统有实际设计经验； 3、了解Unity中的UI实现方式，能够主动考虑界面适配和资源使用； 4、有图标、装饰素材或一定手绘能力； 5、对AI绘画工作流有实际项目经验，能够进行风格训练、参考图控制、局部修改及批量素材生产。
