1、深度参与User Growth团队在AI4SE（AI for Software Engineering）、AI4DA（AI for Data Analysis）等方向相关算法的设计与研发； 2、深入研究大语言模型（LLM）和视觉模型（VLM）的前沿技术，基于业务需求设计并实现解决方案； 3、持续关注大模型领域的技术动态，并推动前沿技术在业务中的落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程能力、数据结构与算法基础，具有快速学习新技术的能力； 3、熟悉大模型（LLM&VLM）训练技术，复现过业内领先工作优先； 4、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队共同探索新技术、推进新技术落地。
