1、负责手机OS、系统级AI助手用户体验策略与设计，建立体验目标、原则与关键标准，持续提升产品易用性、品质感与一致性；推动Design Language与体验体系建设，将项目经验沉淀为体验原则、交互模式、设计规范和评审标准，提升设计质量与团队效率； 2、负责关键项目的体验定义与设计质量，从用户问题、产品目标到交互方案形成完整判断，主导体验从方案、评审到研发落地； 3、探索AI时代的新型交互体验，围绕AI Assistant、Agent UX、Memory、Context、主动服务、生成式UI等方向，推动传统GUI向AI-Native Experience演进； 4、与产品、研发、算法、研究等团队共同解决复杂体验问题，在业务快速变化和多重约束下形成判断、推动共识并高质量落地； 5、负责UX团队管理与能力建设，包括人才引进与培养、目标与分工、专业梯队建设，建立高标准的设计文化与团队协作方式；建立体验质量评估与持续改进机制，结合用户研究、体验评测、数据与市场反馈，完善体验质量评估与持。

1、具备扎实的UX/Interaction Design专业能力，拥有手机OS、系统产品、App、智能硬件或复杂数字产品经验，可独立负责项目或体验； 2、具备优秀的产品判断与系统思考能力，能够理解产品目标、技术约束和用户价值，从复杂问题中找到关键矛盾并形成清晰方案； 3、具备较高的设计品质意识和体验敏感度，对交互细节、信息架构及整体体验有较高要求，能够推动团队持续提高设计标准； 4、对AI与人机交互的发展保持敏感和好奇，学习能力强；有AI产品、Agent、智能助手、生成式交互等实践经验者优先； 5、具备较强的跨团队沟通和影响力，能够与产品、研发、算法等角色建立共识，在复杂和不确定的环境下推动决策与落地； 6、具备团队管理或Design Lead经验，能够进行目标拆解、设计评审、项目推进和人才培养；有手机OS、AI产品、Design Language/Design System、全球化产品或跨设备体验经验者优先。
