1、主导国际化电商达人或商家端产品体验设计，涵盖移动端和PC端场景，探索并优化国际化兴趣电商下的达人带货模式，设计连接达人与商家的高效撮合平台，和内容创作所需的AI工具； 2、结合产品的国际化定位与业务目标，全面理解业务全链路，拆解并制定设计策略与执行计划； 3、全流程参与产品设计，包括需求分析、用户研究、设计策略、交互与视觉方案输出、与研发协作落地及后期体验迭代，确保产品在功能性与易用性、美观性和商业价值上的平衡； 4、深度参与跨职能协作，推动产品体验优化，助力业务核心指标达成并提升用户满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，设计相关专业； 2、扎实的用户体验设计能力，能够独立承担从用户研究、行业及市场分析、信息架构、交互设计到视觉设计的全链路工作； 3、熟悉常见设计模式和国际主流设计趋势，具备系统化思维与良好的设计判断力，能够敏锐洞察业务痛点与用户机会点； 4、有0-1项目设计经验优先，有PC、移动双端经验优先； 5、英语可作为工作语言沟通，有海外工作、留学背景加分； 6、对海内外用户行为有好奇心，愿意深入理解不同文化下的用户需求，并为海内外市场打造具有本地化温度的产品体验。
