ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责Xpert平台的内容运营工作，围绕平台定位与用户需求，策划、产出并优化内容，提升平台品牌曝光与用户认知； 2、负责平台社交媒体渠道的内容选题、撰写、发布与日常运营，提升目标用户关注和活跃； 3、关注AI行业动态、热门话题与内容趋势，结合Xpert平台业务特点，输出具备传播性和平台特色的优质内容。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较好的内容意识，对选题表达和内容传播有较强感知，能够产出清晰、有吸引力的内容； 3、对内容运营、新媒体运营有兴趣和热情，有社区运营或新媒体运营经验者加分； 4、对AI行业有兴趣，关注AI产品、应用场景及行业发展趋势，对相关热点有基本敏感度； 5、具备较强的学习能力、沟通能力和执行力，能够高效推进内容策划与落地。
