1、研发低功耗、高计算效率的机器视觉感知系统； 2、负责相机系统级的软硬件开发； 3、设计视觉性能评估所需的实验方案与测试平台； 4、面向边缘设备，以高效的软硬件架构优化机器视觉算法与框架； 5、定义下一代VR/MR/AR相机及透视（see-through）体验的技术规格。

1、2027届获得博士学位，电子工程（EE）、电子与计算机工程（ECE）、计算机科学（CS）、应用物理相关专业优先； 2、具备相机/光学图像传感器及真实图像计算机视觉的直接经验——CMOS/CIS、事件相机、计算成像，或基于相机的感知； 3、具备动手硬件能力：实际搭建并制作过真实系统原型（PCB、FPGA、传感器/光学前端调试、嵌入式）； 4、现代机器学习/视觉：具备研究级计算机视觉、高效感知或基础模型经验，并真正理解现代模型对输入数据的需求； 5、扎实的编程能力：Python和C/C++（会MATLAB加分）； 6、主动、自驱力强，在高度跨学科团队中具备良好的沟通能力。

加分项 1、在硬件—算法交叉领域工作：传感器-算法协同设计、近传感器/传感器内计算、事件相机、计算成像、高效/边缘感知； 2、熟练运用VLM/LLM/基础模型来构建或加速感知系统； 3、低功耗/边缘部署、功耗-性能建模，或面向AI加速器的模型设计； 4、3D计算机视觉/三维重建；图像处理流水线开发。
